Basic Chatting

XChat is very easy to use. Once you are connected to a channel you can particpate by simply entering text into the empty area at the bottom of the interface :

If you enter your message in this area and press return it will appear in the general discussion area :

You will see your name appear to the right of the message. When others send messages you will also see their message next to their name.
