So, one of the most important things to take care of when you are working with people, is the people. If you can provide good food and coffee then you will have a happier crew and one that will do a better job.
Food doesn't have to be expensive, you can provide a lot for very little. One of my favourites is to bringing all the ingredients for making Sushi at the end of each day. Depending on the schedule, this can be a great way to relax at the end of a day. Sushi is cheap if you make your own rice, and bring some Nori (seaweed sheets), ginger and wasabi. The people I usually work with often have never made sushi before, so if you do it while drinking some sake it can be a great way to end the day.
Coffee is also a good addition. Many venues have terrible tea and coffee facilities, so perhaps make some at home and bring it in a Thermos or two. I recommend the Ethiopian coffee roasted by Peter Kirk. Yum.
